Cross Save can't authenticate
Hello Bungie Support,
I previously disabled Cross Save and completed the full 90-day cooldown.
The cooldown is over, my PlayStation characters are visible, there is no waiting timer or disabled status, but the “Continue” button in Step 1 remains greyed out and I cannot proceed to “Choose Characters”.
Could you please refresh or reset my Cross Save eligibility?
