Hi Bungie, I'm exhausted but knowing a tiny bit about software projects, I know a bunch of bug fix requests, videos, and feedback posts is not going to help you much. So I spent the last few weeks writing out a High-Level BRD - a mix of some detailed and some high-level requirements along with mockups, some videos, etc. I did it for The New Light Campaign, but as I have no access to vaulted stuff, your test systems, or some of the content/expansions, there was very little more I could do in terms of going through all those. I will attempt to write a bit more here and there. But I hope that this document will give you some insight into my thoughts and suggestions for saving/improving the game.
