Equilibrium loot bugged?
Do I just have bad rng? I've lost count of how many full clear runs I've done this week, no helmet. Does it drop from normal difficulty? Do I need to put feats on? What's going on? I've had tons of every other armour pieces and weapons, hell, even the taken crystal. Is the helmet bugged?

From the looks of the drop tables, the helmet mainly only drops from the second encounter. If you've earned the helmet before and have the ability to focus gear, then focus the helmet.
