Altar of Relfection: Catalyst - Witch's Eye, Keeper of Memory
The quest Altar of Reflection: Catalyst has its boss "Witch's Eye, Keeper of Memory" impossible to kill. This is because the eye does not open, no matter where you stand or if you shoot it. I have attempted to restart the mission and it still does not open. I have watched other videos and the eye is automatically open when they walk in the room, but not for me.
I am on the Steam version of the game.
