Can’t authenticate account to setup cross save
Hi
When trying to setup cross save between my steam account and Xbox I see my old PlayStation account, I haven’t used this PlayStation account in years and have no way of accessing it, so I’m unable to “authenticate” the account to setup up cross save, I need to unlink the PlayStation account

Your only option is to work with Sony and recover access, if you can't recover access then you will not be able to setup cross-save. As of March 25th 2025, Bungie disabled the ability to unlink accounts and they closed the workaround. Bungie will not unlink it on your behalf.
