Can you open an Incognito (Safe Browsing/InPrivate browsing) tab, head to Bungie.net, and then attempt to sign in using the Epic account? 1 of 3 things will happen when you sign in: - You'll be brought back into the account you're posting on (Quan#2851), - You'll get sent to a page to sign up // link to a Bungie profile, or - You'll get brought to a Bungie profile that isn't the same one as you made this post on. If you get the first thing, head back to the cross-save page and the Epic account will already be authorised. If you get the second or third thing, its the wrong Epic account you're signing into and you will need to speak to Epic at this point so they can locate any other accounts you have, so you can authenticate the correct one. Specifically for the second item if it tells you to sign up // link to a profile, just close the tab instead of going through the process.
