Combat Telemetry issue
Have over 100 combat telemetry in inventory but ada - 1 says i have 0/40 to buy an engram. Also the quests have glitched out on a second character so when you need to press ‘a’ to accept a completed quest you can’t.

Even the challenge days to use them. I rebooted and changed characters. Pretty much any type of thing I could think of that might help. And you guessed it. Can't do much, its bugged.

Same issue here, have plenty of combat telemetry but can't spend it at all.
