Can i be banned for an app for a different game
There is an app called XPADDER i use it play Minecraft java with controller with certain mods downloaded but can i be banned for having it on my computer while playing destiny as it does constantly stay on

Hi there. Bungie does not ignore any cheat or modding tool that they detect attempting to inject or modify D2's game code regardless if it's meant for D2 or another game. It is safest to not use or fully disable any such application from running in the background when playing D2. If it’s running actively in the background while you’re playing Destiny 2, the anticheat might flag it.

It's possible. However Bungie doesn't normally say what they allow.
