Based on recent (and past) events, it seems like there should be a change in leadership. First, I would demote Ikona to a regular guardian. While she isn't bad per say, she has shown a tragic level of incompetence and poor leadership on multiple occasions. She keeps allowing Old Silas to run off and do whatever he wants, which puts the guardians in danger because we inevitably have to go rescue him. She has also allowed herself to be decieved by Salvathune and her daughter. She also let all of our enemies take refuge in tower. Considering the fallen seem to breed like roaches, this would be a bad idea even if they weren't our enemie. Overall, she might be a good soldier, but she should leave the decisions to those w better judgement. I would keep Zevdala as a leader. He is good w strategery and, unlike Ikona, he didn't allow himself to be taken in by Salvathune's daughter (she says Zevdala doesn't trust me-which is a good thing). Also, he is probably the only person can take on all of our enemies in the tower (fallen, cabal, lady w bird, ect.) when they inevitably turn on us. Finally, and most importantly, I would make Moyra Salve co-leader. Aside from Zevdala, Moyra is the most trustworthy and she has proven herself over and over. She was willing to sacrifice herself for humanity when fighting Onyx. She has also allowed Preta to keep being the pretend Awoke Queen so that she will keep fighting the Taken (even though everyone knows Preta likely killed Utrim to usurp the throne). Most importantly, if Moyra wanted power, she could just take it. She could use her Awoke power and that of her pet Riften to subjugate the entire universe. However, she has resisted doing so which clearly proves how selfless she really is. It's always the people who least want power that should have it, and that is Moyra in a nutshell.
