When I purchased the ultimate Edition pass back in December, I did NOT receive the season pass that was supposed to be included with my purchase, and still now I have absolutely 0 of the season passes I paid for, I'm incredibly upset as I cant unlock any of the rewards now since most of the passes have expired, and I paid a lot of money for this pass and I'm incredibly disappointed that I wasn't given what I was promised. I just wanted to unlock the star wars themed cosmetics, but seeing those season passes have already expired, I doubt theres a way for me to try and obtain them currently. Please just give me my season passes, I'm owed them, I attached a link showing my proof of purchase including the purchase date, and I am okay with providing more proof if it means getting what I paid for.

2 RepliesLooks like you purchased on Steam without cross-save active and then afterwards you activated cross-save and set your Xbox account as the active profile; as a result of doing it that way they were applied to your now dormant Steam Destiny account. You can see that here. You can try filling in this form and Bungie will look into it during business hours in the order its received, but its up to them whether or not they'll transfer/apply the passes to your Xbox Destiny account as you've already received them.

1 ReplyEdited by EckyThump: 3/30/2026 7:56:17 PMHey there, did you perhaps buy the ultimate edition on Steam and then set cross-save up with XBox? By doing it that way, it tied the passes to Steam, but then Steam was made dormant due to setting XBox as the Active account. Cross-saving first and then buying the ultimate edition would have tied the passes to XBox, which is where you want them. Please use the following form, and Bungie will investigate. If the above sounds familiar, then explain what I've told you and hopefully Bungie will move them across to the active account. Even if you are sure you bought them while cross-save was active, please use this form anyway. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items (They count as Eververse items even though acquired as part of a Steam bundle) Renegades began on the 2nd of December, we're still in the same 'season' here and now - until the 9th of June. That means that the Edge of Fate 'Reclamation' and 'Ash & Iron' passes had already expired by the time you made the purchase, and so you didn't miss out on anything there, even if you hadn't been affected by this issue. However, I believe that the pass ownership allows you to purchase the items through the Chronolog system which you could do so once (hopefully) assisted through the above form.
