Hi there. Both Faction Unit and Faction Drop modifiers can be found in the [u]Challenge[/u] Modifiers section (skull icon) when choosing your customizations for Portal activities (e.g. Solo, Fireteam) on Expert difficulty or higher. Every modifier displays what type they are under their title on hover. If you're not finding these, you may need to pick a different activity or check after the next daily reset.
