Bugged Quest: The Territory War Begins quest BUGGED/Missing from Inventory and not at the Cantina
I was stuck on Step 15 and the quest would not progress so I deleted it from my inventory and picked at back up at the cantina. The quest was at step 15 and since I abandoned it, it went back to step 11. As I was progressing again the quest has vanished. I also checked my other two character that have also finished the Renegade Campaign - no "The Territory War Begins" quest and no place to pick it back up at the Cantina.
Anyone find a fix? I see other complaints online that this quest is a mess/bugged. Any additional information provided is greatly helpful. Thank you,

As you were progressing it, there hits a point at the step 14 activity completion in which step 15 will auto complete. Step 16 and 17 will also auto-complete if you meet the requirements for them. Step 15 is to change syndicate or keep your current one, and then complete an activity; this can carry over the activity completion from Step 14. Step 16 is to reach rank 3 with a syndicate Step 17 is to buy a Renegade ability from the Syndicate with credits (Pike, Behemoth, or Stun Field). Based on your triumphs, you have a rank 5 syndicate (step 16 requirement met) and all 3 of those abilities unlocked (step 17 requirement met). So it looks like the quest correctly completed and was removed from your quest log after you progressed it from step 11 after picking it back up.
