DMG’s Gambit Weapons request for Tier system
So DMG posted something how Gambit would still not see an update but requested if there was any weapons we’d like brought into the tier system.
My requests:
Trust
Bygones
They are my favorites of the classic Gambit weapon suite. There are Reckoning weapons such as Spare Rations and Gnawing Hunger but my soul rests on the original suite of armaments.

That was just bait. Don't get your hopes up for anything Bungie related. 33k high on a Saturday night after weeks of paying shills for inflated review scores - after asking them not to review the game as it was sold until they added more content that nobody plays. Marathon is doing worse than I would have believed. Bungie has negative pull and Sony won't be throwing good money after bad for much longer.

Forget the weapons, I want a new [b][i]symmetrical[/i][/b], unique-from-Crucible-and-Vanguard, set of armor, and specifically for the arms on the Titan to resemble the Ancient Apocalypse set’s arms, but with much smaller pauldrons [b][i]aimed downwards[/i][/b]. Failing that…bring back the Gambit Prime weapon ornaments, and Breakneck.

Well the responses have inspired me to respond with specific weapons > opened up DIM went to records, searched source Gambit and this is my list (the bolded are the most exciting to me when I looked it over): [b]Hazard of the Cast[/b] (really enjoyed the recoil feel of some autos) Breakneck (um of course... even great now) Herod (I know a great auto is there I have just not rolled one or been patient with it) Gnawing Hunger (if they can change the sound.. maybe) [b]Servant Leader[/b] (love this scout.. unique feeling shooter) Distant Relation (I did once use it and the more scouts the better) Last Rite (its soo soo bad... that reworking this tex type I think will provide some dif playstyles) [b]Nightwatch[/b] (interesting this one doesn't come up in DIM under gambit but again a unique pinpoint feeling scout) Bygones (of course) Yesteryear (these type like Last Perdition.. might make PVP too easy mode.. these are the dad pulses when they work... so maybe not a good idea) [b]Trust[/b] (#1 awesomeness) Bottom Dollar (even good feeling today.. may not fit anywhere without some identity change) [b]Pillager [/b](that was a fun SMG for me back when I started.. I think it would still be nice as an only very close range mag dumper into someone that strays too close... hmm thats an smg type we are missing.. they are quite slow nowadays) ....I still think Gambit provides some great matches but never go over there to play it and it can be served up as a monthly (or bi-monthly) rotating event to focus population and of course have it have a cool reward track... -
Spare rations: Cool model Parcel of Stardust: Has cool ornaments that are unusable with any current shotgun. Trust: Another cool model. I like 180 handcannons. Distant relation: cool looking scout rifle. Hazard of the Cast: Cool looking auto rifle. I want to use the ornaments. Let us use them on breakneck or bring this one back Bygones: well liked weapon that hardly had a season where it was relevant. Dreaded venture: I don't think we have any current snipers with this model[/quote]

4 RepliesNo. This just means that the Portal is getting more stuff added to it. You know? THE PORTAL?! The thing everyone blames for Destiny's downfall? More Tiered weapons just means that the Portal is going to remain in the game longer. Which I thought was the exact opposite of what we wanted.
