I'm posting this hoping that someone can help me find answers. About 3 months ago, I logged into D2 on my ps5 & immediately got a popup message from playstation. It said something about me losing access to social features in multiplayer games. Also said something about requesting access in family settings or something to that effect. I dismissed the message & logged in to D2. Upon logging in, I could not use text or voice chat, could not accept friend requests (I click accept & the request just sits there still), & I was instantly kicked from my clan. I logged out, did a hard reboot of my ps5, & logged back in. I can now use text & voice chat, but I'm still kicked from my clan & most importantly...I still cant accept any friend requests, which means I cant add any new players or see if they are online. When I get the friend request, I click "accept" & it does nothing. The requests just pile up & sit there forever. To make matters worse, this issue has now followed me over into Marathon as well now, I cant accept friend requests in Marathon, which means I can only use crew fill to find a team. I've tried googling for answers & have done everything recommended to me. I'm not playing on a child account on PSN or anything like that, theres only one account/profile on my ps5 & it's the one I play on. I have even called Playstation customer service about this. They told me it's nothing on Sonys end, & that I would need to contact the game publisher for a resolution (isnt Sony the game publisher now? lol). Someone PLEASE HELP! This has been driving me insane for the past 3 months now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)
