Bought the collection Rewards pass not working
Platform: XboxGamertag: KingTrigg#3404 Date of Purchase: Sept 3, 2026 Issue:Three days ago, I purchased Destiny 2: The Collection directly from the official Xbox Console Marketplace. The purchase is listed as "Completed" in my Microsoft Order History. However, the in-game reward pass is still telling me that I need to buy it.Troubleshooting already attempted:Fully power-cycled the console and cleared the cache.Cleared the Alternate MAC address to refresh licenses.Verified that all game add-ons are fully installed under "Manage Game & Add-ons."Checked that my Bungie account is properly synced to this exact Xbox profile.Could a Mentor or Ninja please look into my account entitlements to see why the API hasn't unlocked the pass? I am happy to provide proof of purchase via DM if required. Thank you!
