Hi, My Destiny 2 account has received a permanent ban. I did not receive an email or any explanation regarding the reason for the ban, so I am trying to submit an appeal through the official Ban/Restriction Appeal form. I genuinely believe this ban may have been issued by mistake. I have never used any third-party hacks, cheats, or unauthorized software to gain an advantage in Destiny 2, and I am not aware of anything I have done that would warrant a permanent ban. I am able to successfully sign into Bungie.net using my linked Epic Games account. However, when I attempt to access the appeal form and authenticate, I am redirected to: bungie.net/7 I remain signed into my Bungie account, but the appeal form never appears. I have already tried multiple browsers and the issue persists. I understand that bans cannot be appealed through the forums. I am not asking for the ban itself to be reviewed here. I am asking for help accessing the official appeal form so that I can submit my appeal through the correct channel and hopefully understand what caused the ban. Could Bungie Help please advise why my account is being redirected to /7 instead of the appeal form, or provide another way for me to access the appeal process? Thank you.
