Osteo Striga Catalyst Cost and Triumph Bug

The Osteo Striga catalyst does not take the stated cost from my inventory when it is shaped. It also unlocks the triumph. Why does this happen and would I be able to get the triump removed from my account? due to it being achieved illegitimately.

If I had to speculate as to why it was removed, other craftable exotics released since Osteo Striga do not have a cost to add their catalyst during reshaping. Bungie does not manually edit user triumphs even in the case of ones that are bugged (off the top of my head, Edge of Intent's catalyst triumph gets completed when Edge of Action's catalyst is slotted, Wavesplitter's catalyst is bugged and showing as owned/complete for all owners of the weapon).
