1 of my cross save accounts has been hacked and I can’t unlink it
I have 3 accounts linked by cross save and my Xbox one was hacked a little while ago and I lost access to it. I can’t remove it which makes my account vulnerable. What am I supposed to do.

1 ReplyYou have to work with Microsoft to regain access to the account. - You've never been able to disable cross-save without authenticating all accounts. - Bungie won't unlink the account under any circumstances, and - As of March 25th 2025 the ability to unlink accounts from a Bungie profile was disabled but even when it was enabled you still needed to be able to authenticate it. If you can't regain access to the Microsoft account to secure it then you're stuck.
