As shown in the attached image, after spending hours replaying the Legendary Renegades campaign on a second character (and sitting through all the same dialogue again), the "powerful" reward dropped at 515 Power (left monitor). On my right monitor, Destiny Item Manager (DIM) shows my Hunter was already at 515 Power before receiving it. In other words, the Legendary campaign dropped blue gear at my current Power level, which is useless, instead of actual powerful gear. My only reason for playing the campaign on this character was to raise its Power level. Could you please grant my account the powerful gear these rewards should have provided?
