Earlier tonight I made stuffed salmon, rice, and vegetables. It was stuffed with feta and spinach. God-Tier Protein Shake: -1 cup egg beaters (do not use raw egg) -1 cup skim milk (whole or 2% if bulking or DGAF) -2 scoops chocolate protein -1 or 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter or equivalent powdered peanut butter -1/2 cup oats (either whole or use a coffee grinder) -1 tablespoon finely ground coffee grounds or instant coffee Blend and enjoy. That should make 2-3 servings, with a total of roughly 120g protein, 50g carbs, and 15g fat depending on your peanut butter and milk.
