As you all know this feature has been implemented into bungie.next . It is a terrible feature because it makes lots of good threads barely get recognised and get barely any replies..I mean comments . As you all know the default sort by option is popular. This means the popular threads will stay popular and people wont comment on new ones as much. Just saiyan.
Hopefully you remove this feature bungie and bring back the old sort by style. Pinned topics at the very top and popular/ hot topic threads in the middle and near the bottom. Recently commented threads and new threads at the very top. The more longer it hasn't had a new comment the older the threads gets and moves near the bottom. The very, very, very popular threads are on the right side.
The reply button to. Remove this because it makes the posts cluttered together and makes it annoying and frustrating to click on every comment just to see the replies. The quote system worked much better. It kept the posts/comments much less cluttered together. If you wanted to reply you would just quote. This would keep the thread less squashed and cluttered together. As you go down the page you would see the replies. If anyone wished to reply they would quote and comment.
There is only one problem the posts are a mess. The latest are at the top and the oldest disappear and get buried away. Not to mention posts with replies get bumped up to the top.The only way you can see old comments is by scrolling endlessly down the thread until you find them. Then say you look at another thread then come back to the one you tried to find the old post/comment. You would have to endlessly scroll down to find it. But if we had pages we could remember the page and look at it. Not to mention the oldest posts would be first and the newest would be last. So you should remove this thread layout to make it much easier and less squashed together and less cluttered to.
I hope you take this into consideration Bungie. Please comment if you read this thread.....please?!!! Tell me what you think.

Popular (and Debated) takes into account last reply. Popularity fades as time passes, no matter how many likes. This prevents the popular list from always being the same threads.
