I just saw birds of prey up close
I just got back from a trip to a nature center with my photography class. We were taking photos of some birds of prey that the center has in captivity. Here are the ones we saw:

And of course, the bird in the photo above is a bald eagle.

6 RepliesA Harpy Eagle would make most people shit themselves. They are freaking huge, have talons like gorilla hands (with hooks for nails) and aren't afraid of anything. They hunt monkeys, and when they are looking at you, you can tell that to them, you just look like a really big meal.
