As in my fingers lose ALL heat in the cold ass weather we're currently having in southern Oregon. Been in the mid-20s for a few days. I know that's not much compared to other places (I've been in -40 near Chicago once), but it's pretty damn cold for someone who works outside and doesn't have heat in their house.
I ask this because if I take my gloves off for a few seconds (or I forget to bring them to work, like I did today), my fingers become unbearably cold. They freaking hurt, and take forever to warm back up. Could this be an indication of low blood pressure or something? Maybe just bad circulation? Or am I just being a big wuss?

I almost always have cold fingers. Man up, it's probably just poor circulation (which is more likely if you are tall/skinny)

The same thing happens to me. I mostly don't feel the cold, but my hands get absolutely freezing.

It means your fingers are too -blam!-ing cold.

Put 'em in your pants and heat your room better at night.

If they are as bad as you say, you may have bad circulation. Having said that, my girlfriend informs me that my hands are always cold, despite them feeling ok to me.
