Crysis 3 or Aliens: Colonial Marines?
Since these two games will come out a week between each other. Which would you recommend?
I'm leaning towards Crysis 3.

It depends, do you want an amazing single player campaign, that you will probably only play twice, with decent multiplayer or do you want an amazing four player co-op campaign with mulitplayer that has a lot more detail. I love both games, but i'm going to buy ACM and rent C3.

Aliens: Colonial Marines because while Crysis 3 looks fun it never changes alot in terms of gameplay.

ACM :) Crysis is pretty, but the gameplay has never really been 100%.

Crysis 3 looks less linear to me and has more ways to play.

Aliens: Colonial Marines. I like Crysis, but EA's greediness is putting yet another good franchise under a lot of stress. The Crysis 3 campaign demo a while back is a great example of this. In the end, obviously get both, but Aliens: Colonial Marines first at least.

Crysis 3 looks amazing. No seriously. Have you seen the lighting effects in that game?

I am getting both. As a military sci-fi one I can't choose between one or the other. However, if you have seen Alien and Aliens, Colonial Marines may be the better option. But Crysis 3 will have a more open sandbox campaign.
