I think he embarrassed our party and made us lose a lot of credibility.

1 ReplyI don't think Bush was to blame for a lot of the things the American public blamed him for. I also think that some of the things that he gets trashed for were good things. History will view him as an unlucky soul who was dealt a rough hand and was just as blinded to what the neoconservative movement was out to do as the rest of us were.

People seem to forget that Congress exists when they want to praise or bash a President. To be fair to him, the Democrats held a Supermajority in Congress so he had to work with them.
