A few people have been complaining about tag abuse and using it incorrectly. Mainly posting threads in unrelated forums (offtopic/flood + community particularly). Perhaps rather than reporting/disliking a perfectly reasonable thread it would be possible to report or downvote certain tags so any action taken is only visible in that particular tag/forum. Also, if you were to make a couple of official forums, which has been suggested. You could put a block on using more than one official forum tag in each thread to avoid this too.
