People that serve as slaves for others, without their masters wielding any sort of hatred for them or their kind. Slavery without discrimination sounds like a pretty good thing to me, except for when it comes to determining who is the slave and who is the master. A reasonable way to sort that out still eludes me
Thoughts on slavery?

Owning another human being as property? Treating them as objects or commodities that you can trade, buy or sell? Who the hell do you think that you are, a sports league?
-
Sex slaves? I have plenty of humans for that.

Slavery right now is actually more rampant than it was 200 years ago. People don't even think about it because it isn't legal in America, but today there are more slaves than there ever have been in history. So, yes, slavery can and does exist without racism.

From the perspective of a purely utility/productivity minded person, it might seem like a good idea (though less and less with the advent of robotics.) Thing is, who in their right minds wants to be a slave? No one (or a tiny tiny percentage) would give themselves over to slavery. So what do you do, force it, violate their basic human rights? It doesn't make sense.

Perhaps your vision of racism-less slavery can be created in a fictitious world. A reasonable way to determine this is if a person has come into a sort of debt to another person, in which case the indebted person can offer service in form of payment. Or have a giant arena in which parties battle to enslave other parties...

Edited by Dustin: 1/23/2013 2:36:14 AMRacist slavery or slavery taking place in only one race by color is something specific only to America. You could argue the -godwinslaw!- or Jews thousands of years ago, but in the modern day, just America. EDIT: what the fuk bungie you trolling
