I can't join the Army beacuse I'm colourblind WTAF!?!?

I mean surely the requirement to see certain shades of blue and green mingled together shouldn't be the be all and end all? It's not like I'll be flying a jet or anything, ffs.

It's an excuse. The Army is cutting down in personal and budget so they are trying to not take any new people at this moment.
