We used to be able to function, despite our differences. Unfortunately, this is becoming a thing of the past. Because we are losing our ability to be civil for the greater good, we should split the country up into more manageable chunks. Disband the federal government and replace it with regional multi state governments. Better yet, let the local governors have compete control over their areas.
