Odd question, I know. I fly a lot, so I spend a lot of time in airports.
I'm particularly fond of Chicago O'Hare [ORD]. Plenty of food and the walkways between terminals are fun.
I also enjoy Long Beach, CA [LGB]. It's super tiny, you just walk onto the tarmac. There's no baggage claim. No jetways. It's quaint.

My favorite airport in the world, by a mile, is Hong Kong International. Crazy efficient, lots of stuff to do and places to eat for long layovers, clean, and modern. In the States, the best major airport to get onto your plane quickly is undoubtedly Reagan National. The best airport for long layovers is Denver.
