Odd question, I know. I fly a lot, so I spend a lot of time in airports.
I'm particularly fond of Chicago O'Hare [ORD]. Plenty of food and the walkways between terminals are fun.
I also enjoy Long Beach, CA [LGB]. It's super tiny, you just walk onto the tarmac. There's no baggage claim. No jetways. It's quaint.

The only airports in the US I've been to are Miami, Newark and I believe it was Tampa. The rest were European, usually Spanish islands. None were anything special. Heathrow is always the airport I leave from, and it is one of the biggest and busiest in the world, so it's probably my favourite. Can't say I always enjoy my time in airports though.
