Should be be considered indecent to twiddle dongles in public?
I think so.
It is rude an inappropriate. Especially in airports.

Sometimes you can't get your dongles to give you a charge so you have to twiddle with it until you get it, it shouldn't be illegal in public. It happens to the best of us, our dongles get older and more worn and they just don't give you the charge that they used to.
