EDIT: Storm's over, we all survived (I believe). How you all do in the storm?
So who else from New England is going to be hold up with all the necessities as this storm hits, if it indeed gets us bad?
I'll be prepared with a generator to run my fridge, tv, and xbox. With plenty of snacks and drinks to weather this storm. I'll be picking up some movies from Redbox and grab a copy of DS3 so in case I'm snowed in I have stuff to do.
Anybody else have plans for the storm or plans that have been cancelled by the storm?

Couldn't have been too bad, I have school today in Springfield MA

So the Cape just barely survived Nemo. Power lines and trees down everywhere. Had the genny running the whole time, but of course Comcast was down, so no internet for a few days. So how did everyone else fair?

I remember the 'blizzard of 78', I'm ready for this one. my only concern is loosing power, thats a pain....

I live in the southwestern area of America, so the worst snowstorm my city's ever seen was probably about 1.5 inches. Good luck to you all.

Bracing for it from Canada... In the "dragon head" in southern Ontario so...

It's just two feet. Apparently up until the 90s (according to every parent ever) the world was a never-ending sea of 6-foot-deep snow and mountains everywhere. I think we can handle a foot or two.

I wish the real England would get that kinda snow.

I, Luckily, live in an apartment building that has two large generators in the basement. Life will go on as usual.

I am ready for it as ill ever be. Generators ready but i really don't think we will need it, i am on the eastern end of Long Island though and apparently were getting the worst of it...

I will not be stopped. I will be driving in it (kinda) Leaving for a trek from Springfield MA to Montclair NJ tomorrow morning (No amount of weather is keeping me from my awesome Lindsey Stirling concert)
