Good evening. I have some general knowledge of game development, but have a lot to learn.
-Can someone explain to me exactly what Bungie and Activision's relationship is like?
-What role does Activision play in development, marketing, etc?
-How much decision making power do they have in the process? If Bungie is independent, what is the benefit with partnering with Activision?
Sorry if any of those questions are obvious, I just would like to have a better understanding of how this process works.

I don't know the super details of it, but I believe that Activision is literally just publishing the games that they make over the course of ten years. I think Bungie has full creative control, and that we don't need to worry about any influence from Activision. Like I said, I don't know the details, but that's what I think. (From that conference call, it also seems like that Activision is going to be marketing the game.)
