This really worrys me. The second-hand game industry is rediculously important to the entire industry, and killing that off would literally end many highstreet stores, and would draw a HUGE negative effect from fans.
Seriously, if it wasn't for second hand games, I don't think I'd hardly ever be on the Xbox.
I REALLY hope Microsoft can debunk this as false. But knowing them...

If done correctly it can be good. Look at steam. There are no used games but with sales most people dont complain. I would be more worried about a constant connection. At least with PC I can get a cracked version to play offline when I am travelling but with consoles it isnt as easy. Trust me. If it is done like steam, you wont miss used games anymore.
