What conflict was occurring when you were born?
At the point in time when you were born. What conflict (if any) was occurring at that time?
I was born while Operation Desert Storm was under way in December 1990. I was also around for the last months of The Cold War with the CCCP.

None for me. But my brother has a certificate from the red cross for being the first born U.S military personel's baby in 1994 during the Haiti event while my dad was overseas in Haiti.
