I propose an "adopt a noob" program. One noob is sponsored each week by a select mythic. Said noob is allowed to bask in our glory for one day. During that time, he or she is subject to all the ridicule and projected hate that comes with full-time membership. If the noob impresses us(lol, right) only then will membership be considered. The great mythic council will debate your participation, cleverness, sportsmanship, and probably make you run an errand or two for us. If you prove to be a tolerable pleb, you may be given the opportunity to further kiss our ass as a member. Rejected noobs will forever be dead to us, and the sponsor of said noob will be ostracized and publicly mocked for one week because of their shitty taste in people. Choose wisely, mythics.
