Looks like Destiny will be on xbox 360/PS3 afterall!

I just noticed that Bungie added xbox 360 tester to their jobs page. I guess that means we will still be on current gen.

Money has a way of changing things... If Microsoft and Sony open up their pocket books then Destiny may only be available on next-gen consoles. Why would they do such a thing? Something has to sell those consoles at launch, right?

1 ReplyI thought that contract said it would be out for 360 and 720 this year, and MAYBE PS3 at the end next year, if they can get it working well enough and they think it'll sell.

While I don't mind if it comes out only for the 360/PS3, I don't plan on getting a next-gen console, so it would be great if I could play the sequels without needing to buy a $400 console.

1 ReplyFrom the leaked document it stated that it will come out to xbox 360 this fall, then a year later on ps3. The sequels how ever will be on next gen consoles.

They have been asking for people with experience with the ps3 since about when the defiant map pack was released..
