Scary to think it will be that close.

Quite a sum of money and quite a disaster waiting to happen. I bet it'll happen eventually, though. Ever watch the movie Armageddon? But just like the super volcano that is yellowstone I doubt I'll have to worry about it during my lifetime. Let our future generations deal with the aftermath.
-
You know I'd kind of like it to hit us, not in any populated area but still
-
MFW run you should have sex with your cousin
-
Poor North America...we won't have a chance to see it. Our only options are to watch it online.
-
Repent! Repent! These are the end times!
-
Knowing Wales, it'll probably be cloudy when the asteroid passes over.
-
This and the meteor landing in russia is quite exciting stuff, more exciting then my day so far.
-
Is it bad that 19,000 miles per hour sounds slow to me? Do you even accelerate, Asteroid?
-
I have a uni interview today Better not damn hit!
-
Such an exact speed measurement...
-
Edited by jutsu: 2/15/2013 7:20:14 AMAnother video of it...
-
Had it been 15 minutes faster, it would have hit us.
-
Come at me, bro!
-
It's only half the size of a soccer field. What kind of "damage" would that rock exactly do?
-
At what time? Did it already happen?
-
Pointed threats, they bluff with scorn Suicide remarks are torn From the fools gold mouthpiece The hollow horn plays wasted words Proved to warn That he not busy being born Is busy dying.
-
The rock isn't that 'huge'. It's city killer, but nothing that would be a substantial threat. If anything, such a rock would most likely explode high in the atmosphere. Too bad 'Murika won't be able to get a good look at it.
-
Pity, I was going to invest on life insurance. :(
-
I read an article on this today. Even if it would hit, it wouldn't be a worldwide catastrophe, but it'd still be pretty bad.
-
>17,000-odd miles away >'skim' past Earth oh Sky, u so sensationalist
-
Meh, we're okay, No need to worry.
