Welcome to Bungie thread?
Seeing as though Bungie is going to release a Destiny trailer soon, I think that it would be the perfect time to make a thread for the noobs. In this thread, noobs will post questions regarding Bnet. It would help reduce forum clutter and question spamming.
Should this thread be implemented?

I don't know if the "Welcoming Committee" is a select group of people, but the new comers will find there way around easily enough. And for the stragglers that fall to the way side, there enough community members here to help them get back on the right track. Grant it, some members will not be as nice as others. But through the new design of the site, (reply notification, PMing) things will be easier to handle. Bring on the fresh fish.
