In the world that we live in, all be it sometimes sick, sex sells. Most games that have curvy figures, a male player will even pick the female character to play, all for the reason of, they would rather stare at cut scenes/ camera view of something other than what they look like. I'm saying that a man wanting to look at woman is a bad thing. In fact I think that it is a good thing, it is a natural attraction. But there comes a line between looking and lusting. Most of the female characters are made more attractive than what would be in real life, but the creator of the games knows the economics of the industry, and knows that sex sells. I"m ok with a game creating different gender characters, but I think that you were wanting the characters to be more life like. Making their lumps smaller. Besides i think that a good way to think about it is, a valuptious woman wouldn't fare well in the battle field. Larger surface area for bullets/projectiles to hit.

  • No. Just make the female armor make sense. In a game that's going to strive for continuity and realism within its universe, the armor needs to work properly. Curves can be acceptable. Breastplates with a smart design for te female anatomy are also good. Just don't make boob spheres for the sake of aesthetics It makes your artists look incompetent about anatomy.

  • Some may think that the artist are incompetent of the female anatomy, but like I was stating above, they (the artist) are not the final determining factor. The higher ups are most likely asking for the enhancements. Guys, most not all, are pervs and producers know this. So naturally, in pursuit of the all might dollar, give the main demographic another reason to by your product is what they are looking for. I'm with you for a realistic version of a female super solider, but nor you, I or the artist have the final say. If nothing I'm saying makes sense. I guess that I'm simply trying to say that the artist can't fully control they way the art works looks. I believe that they have probably came up with reallistic versions, but were asked to enhance the female form. And I use the word "enhance" for the lack of a better word. I didn't think that exaggerate was a proper fit. Anyways, back to the point, after their first draft, they were asked to make things different. And most people know not to bite the hand that feeds them. Of course there have always been a few rebels. Bottom line, I think that we agree about it not being in a game, but I don't think that we agree on who has the final say of what is in the game.

  • It's fan service, deliberate exaggeration, and it's not going anywhere.
