IE8 Unsupported?

It seems that IE8 is an unsupported browser now, to the point that those using it either can't log in or if they are able to log in, can't access any groups etc. We have several group members that are forced to use IE8 from certain (*cough*work*cough*) locations. Are there any plans for IE8 support? Or anyone have tips to make the site work on IE8? I'd hate to lose group members over an unsupported browser.

  • A possible workaround to the *cough work cough* hurdle would be to not use the work PC/Internet for Bungie.Net browsing. Installing SkyDrive, Teamviewer, GoToMyPC, or any of the many remote control solutions out there (many of which are free for personal use) onto your home PC and then open a window/connection to your home PC while at work will allow you to "Bungie.Net" on your home PC while in front of your work PC. Not that I would encourage, suggest or even hint that I would do such a thing myself. But the ability is there and it leaves nothing on your work network or PC (browsing history, url connections, etc.) that would show an inappropriate use of company resources.
