The armour customization hopefully will be similar to Reach/H4, kinda. Say you find a piece of armour, you can equip it there and then and customize it when you get back to the 'hub city' and change colours, add attachments and upgrades. Ya' get me? The same goes for weapons, you find a weapon and can add attachments and upgrade it how you want it. As for vehicles, you could purchase a vehicle from the 'hub city' area or find a vehicle (or however you would come across a vehicle) and be able to change some of it's functions like speed, shielding etc. And you can purchase parts from an in game store (using in-game money) for certain parts and be able to uncover new parts on the other planets and stuff like that.
