Aren't we essentially the traveller's sword at this point. I mean humanity, the last city. We are the ones who are striking out, perhaps we'll even repair the traveller. I just don't see bungie making a third game where there is ONE super soldier with ONE AI that are the centre of attention. They've said we will all be deported individuals, all of us the Herod in our own ways. That limits the options for who can be Charlemgne and what is Joyeuse. If they are a specific person and AI that would suggest that they are NPC's, or they are being used more broadly as metaphors as in something like the [quote][/quote]city is named Joyeuse and we are a part of it.
