One of the biggest draws to the Halo universe for me was the story, the characters, Eric Nylund's incredible novels, and the VAST expansive universe I felt like I was learning more and more about every time I turned around. In the very limited glimpses we've gleaned of Destiny so far, I haven't heard much fuss made about the characters or players in the whole thing that is "anticipated to be on the same level of the Star Wars Franchise" What do you guys think? Will this be more gameplay and social connection oriented or will this be the [i][/i]Next Halo[i][/i] everyone hopes it'll be? Will there be books, films, etc?
