Hardest boss in Metal Gear Rising? (final boss spoilers!)
So I just finished the game on Hard. It wasn't that challenging apart from the boss fights which are easily the highlight of the game. Some were easier than others, and some were downight difficult.
For me it was a tie between Sundowner and Senator Armstrong. Sundowner because of that damn explosive shield, and Armstrong because of the fire attacks and unblockable grapples.

Sundowner is piss easy. Don't cut the shield until you see the 3 red squares light up. But thats the easier phase of the fight anyway. When he starts using the scissor blade it gets harder. Metal gear ray has my vote as most annoying boss fight in game because you don't have any of your upgrades and on very hard difficulty or revengeance his health is so high you don't get hit... you just run around slashing his legs most of the time and it barely progresses. Pretty boring.
