What does that phrase mean when the arbiter says it in that context? I just beat Halo 3 for the 478293747282837271st time and realized that I never payed attention to what that saying really means.

Edited by TheLashghost: 2/25/2013 12:19:33 AMIt is a reference to the beginning of the game when Johnson says "I got enough to worry about without you two trying to kill each other" and the Arbiter repllies "Were it so easy". He says that at the end to emphasize how unbelievable the Chief's "death" is and how he has some doubt to the death.
