Employee Handbooks
Am I required to return a Handbook upon termination? Can there be legal troubles should one, perhaps put everything on an Employee handbook to the Internet. Or can that just be done?

Well if you're already terminated and still have the book, I'd say you're probably okay as far as returning it goes. As far as putting it online, IDK.
