Helping out the homeless? Giving people a place to stand? Doing good in this word? So long as it doesn't cost me a penny.
This mentality pisses me off. Why do people hate welfare? Because they have to chip in an extra ten or so dollars a month. God forbid you show some compassion. And yet we always toot the trumpet of "poverty is bad", and "goodwill toward all men on Earth". God, that's phony.
Anyone else agree?

If you worked hard for your money and followed the law, you would have the same opinion. But it's likely that you are on welfare and do drugs so you are offended by the fact that people want to keep the money they earned. If anyone, you're the one with the money addiction.
