Microsoft just gave me 800 MS Points for free
The image above shows part of a conversation I just had with Xbox support. I was seeing if I could get a refund on a game so I could use that money to buy Halo Wars. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a refund on the game, but this guy gave me 800 MS Points for free!
Well this was a pleasant surprise. What awesome things have happened to you?
